SMS Terms

These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by NJ Legacy, LLC, the business of Dekisha Posey, a Maryland licensed real estate agent with DMV Prime Properties.
Program description
If you opt in, you may receive text messages from Dekisha Posey about:
- Informational messages: replies to your questions, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates on your home search or transaction.
- Promotional messages (only if you check the separate promotional consent box): market updates, new listings, open house invitations, and homebuyer resources.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your phone number and checking the text message consent box on our website chat or contact form. The consent boxes are optional and are not checked for you. Informational and promotional messages each have their own checkbox.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and home search activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of the mobile number you provide, or have the account holder's permission, to opt in.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
